Determining the area of a technical system stability in fuzzy sets terms

Ensuring the stability of technical systems functioning, including those in water transport, is an important area for application mathematical methods, probabilistic and mathematical-statistical methods. The stochastic nature disturbances affecting complex worsening level latter should be reflected implemented human-machine control loops. One directions here accounting use (usually competing) expert assessments, on one hand, a reasonable definition indicators, choice from variety possibilities, other hand. From general point view management theory, method using assessments developed paper can considered as integral part risk problem that being so far, mainly economic only financial criteria. concept minimum allowable efficiency system introduced paper.
